Terms governing use of lumenoeva.com and its public workflow examples.
1. Website purpose
This website provides general information about Lumenoeva, its managed intelligent operations model, services and technology. It is not a customer service agreement, statement of work, service-level agreement or binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
2. Workflow examples
Workflow interfaces, examples, diagrams, economic models and process scenarios explain how the operating model works. They do not constitute a guarantee of customer performance, savings, automation rate, service level or future result. Customer commitments are defined in the applicable written agreement.
3. Workflow submissions
Submitting a workflow or enquiry does not create a customer relationship or obligate either party to proceed. Do not use the public website to submit production customer records, passwords, API keys, credentials, confidential datasets, unlawful content, trade secrets you are not authorised to disclose, or unnecessary sensitive personal data. Secure production access is established separately if a workflow proceeds.
4. Intellectual property
The website, Lumenoeva branding, workflow designs, software descriptions, visual elements and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the public website for legitimate business evaluation. Reproduction, modification, scraping for commercial reuse or redistribution of substantial content requires permission.
5. Availability and accuracy
Lumenoeva aims to keep public information current and useful but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every page is error-free. Service scope, technical architecture and commercial terms are defined in the relevant customer agreement.
