AI is an execution layer. Lumenoeva remains responsible for the operation.
Lumenoeva uses approved AI and data services inside controlled workflows. Models are replaceable components behind Lumenoeva-owned orchestration, rules, review paths and accountability.
Approved providers only
Customer workflow data is processed only through services approved for the defined use case and service architecture.
Purpose-limited processing
Data is used for the defined workflow and service purpose rather than unrelated experimentation.
Data minimisation
Only information required to execute, control or evidence the workflow is sent to an AI or data provider.
Human control where needed
Model output is not automatically accepted when confidence, evidence, policy or risk requires review.
Provider independence
External model providers can be replaced without transferring ownership of workflow logic or operating state away from Lumenoeva.
Traceability
AI execution can be recorded alongside workflow state, evidence, human review and final outcome.
Training boundary
Lumenoeva does not use customer workflow data to train public foundation models; provider configurations and contracts are selected to meet the agreed data-use boundary.
Workflow-specific disclosure
Relevant AI/data subprocessors and international-transfer arrangements are disclosed for the customer service where required.
Not every model answer becomes a business action.
Lumenoeva workflows can combine deterministic rules, confidence thresholds, evidence checks and human review before a result is committed. The objective is controlled execution, not maximum automation at any cost.
Defined use
AI is assigned to specific workflow steps rather than given unrestricted access to the customer's operating environment.
Minimum necessary context
The workflow is designed so a provider receives the information needed for its assigned step rather than an unnecessary copy of the wider customer dataset.
Policy restrictions
Where a customer excludes particular data categories, providers or processing arrangements, those restrictions are incorporated into the agreed workflow where the service can support them.
Human authority
Where the operating design requires approval or judgment, a model output does not acquire authority merely because the model produced it.
Some decisions require separate qualification.
A standard managed workflow is not assumed to be suitable for every decision. Processing involving material legal, employment, credit, health, regulatory, safety or similarly significant consequences requires separate risk, legal, data and human-oversight qualification before Lumenoeva accepts the scope.
The same principle applies when a customer's policy, sector or contractual obligations require stricter controls than the standard operating envelope.
The model is replaceable. The operation is Lumenoeva.
AI providers supply capabilities. Lumenoeva owns the orchestration, workflow state, control rules, human-review path and final service responsibility. This keeps the managed operation independent from any single model vendor.
AI use is defined at workflow level.
For customer operations, provider, data category, retention and control requirements are documented as part of the service arrangement.
