Pricing

Clear scope. Clear responsibility. Clear price.

You should not have to book a sales call just to find out whether Lumenoeva is commercially realistic for your business. Standard managed workflows have a public price, and the commercial model is deliberately easy to understand.

You do not pay for software seats, AI tokens, credits, tasks or hours. You pay for the recurring workflow Lumenoeva operates for you.

First qualified workflow: 30 days on usNo standard setup feeNo per-seat pricingNo surprise usage bill
Simple by design

Start with one workflow. Add more only when the model proves useful.

Our standard price covers the managed operating model around the workflow — design, orchestration, normal AI usage, defined human review, monitoring, quality control and continuous improvement within the agreed scope.

The aim is predictability. You should be able to understand what you are buying and what it will cost without estimating AI tokens or counting every software action.

Standard operating envelope. Before the pilot begins, we agree the expected volume, systems, normal exception path and operating boundaries. The standard monthly price remains fixed while the workflow stays within that agreed scope. Materially different volume, specialist third-party costs, bespoke integrations, regulated processing or exceptional service-level requirements are agreed before they are introduced.
What counts as one workflow?

A recurring process with one agreed start and one agreed outcome.

A workflow can contain multiple steps, systems, AI actions, rules and human-review points. We do not count every software action as another workflow. The commercial unit is the managed process that produces the agreed outcome.

The examples are deliberately from different business functions because Lumenoeva is not restricted to Revenue Operations.

Revenue exampleInbound lead → sales-ready CRM record

Research, enrichment, validation, duplicate handling, human verification and routing can all sit inside one defined workflow.

Finance exampleSupplier invoice → approval-ready item

Document intake, extraction, supplier/PO matching, completeness checks, discrepancy routing and preparation can form one managed workflow.

Customer exampleIncoming case → resolved or escalated outcome

Classification, account context, approved knowledge checks, response preparation, exception handling and record updates can form one recurring process.

What you are really paying for

Not AI usage. Operational ownership.

The €495 price is not a licence fee for a piece of software. It pays for Lumenoeva to keep the defined workflow operating: coordinate the technology, supervise the state of the work, handle the agreed exception path, protect quality and deliver the result.

If the workflow becomes more efficient through better automation, you benefit from a more responsive operation without having to rebuild it yourself. Lumenoeva benefits from improving the delivery economics. That aligns the service around making the process work better rather than billing more hours.

Less internal coordination

Your team does not have to manage separate automation tools, AI prompts, manual review queues and outsourced support around the same process.

Defined exception handling

The difficult cases are part of the operating design rather than an unexpected burden pushed back to the client.

Continuous supervision

The workflow is monitored as an ongoing operation rather than delivered once as a project and left for your team to maintain.

Measured improvement

Recurring intervention, rework and failure patterns can inform better rules and more efficient execution over time.

What is included

The operating complexity is ours.

Within the agreed standard workflow scope, the monthly price covers the operating system behind the outcome rather than exposing every production input as a separate charge.

No seat chargesThe service is priced by workflow, not by how many colleagues need visibility.
How this differs

You are not buying another automation tool.

A low-cost automation platform may be the right answer if your team wants to build and operate the workflow itself. Lumenoeva is for companies that would rather hand over the recurring operation and keep internal attention on the business.

When the standard price changes

Custom pricing is the exception, not the default.

We will quote a different scope before work begins only when the economics, integration burden or operating risk are materially different from a standard workflow.

  • Unusually high processing volumes or dedicated capacity
  • Specialist paid third-party data, telephony, messaging or other pass-through services
  • Substantial bespoke or legacy integration work
  • Regulated or unusually sensitive processing requirements
  • Bespoke service levels, contractual controls or enterprise deployment requirements

No unexpected usage charges. Any non-standard cost is agreed first.

Common questions

Do we need to replace our CRM or systems?

No. The normal model is to operate around the systems you already use and connect only what the agreed workflow requires.

Do we pay separately for OpenAI or another model?

Normal model usage inside a standard workflow is included. Exceptional paid third-party consumption is discussed before it is incurred.

Do we need technical staff to manage Lumenoeva?

No. We may need access and cooperation during setup, but the service is designed so your team does not operate the underlying AI or orchestration stack.

Can we stop after the pilot?

Yes. The first qualified workflow is intended to demonstrate value on real work. There is no obligation to continue after the 30-day pilot.

First workflow

Try the operating model on real work.

Submit one recurring workflow. If it qualifies, we define the scope and operate it for 30 days on us. Continue for €495/month only if it makes sense.
